DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping costs vary between Nigerian states. All our orders are shipped via DHL Express. We do not ship orders on the weekend.
Once your order has been placed and paid for, you will receive an email confirming your order and another email when we have processed and shipped your order.
We aim to have your order shipped out for delivery within 24 hours of it being placed. Shipping duration will be shown at checkout.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We are committed to ensuring that you are happy with our products. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened and used products due to the nature of our products. We also do not offer returns or exchanges for unopened non faulty items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns from orders placed via a retailer, stockist or reseller.
A refund is applicable if you receive an item that was damaged during shipping by the courier company or receive an incorrect product from us. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@junederm.com stating the full details of the issue, along with photographs. After the returned goods are received by us and processed. You will receive a refund but without the original shipping cost/fee.
We do not offer exchanges on returned items, you will have to place a new order on our website.
